We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Course Counselor to guide students and working professionals in selecting suitable technology training programs. The counselor will be responsible for lead follow-up, counseling, admissions, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain course features, benefits, schedules, certification details, and career opportunities.
- Conduct counseling sessions through phone, WhatsApp, online meetings, and in-person interactions.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student inquiry records and update CRM/Excel databases.
Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹11,585.84 - ₹36,697.83 per month
