Freelance Digital Content & Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and versatile freelance Digital Content & Marketing Specialist to join our growing educational institution.

The role involves creating engaging digital content, shooting and editing videos, managing social media content, supporting SEO activities, and handling Meta Ads for our brand and student acquisition campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital platforms
- Shoot and edit Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos and educational content
- Plan and execute creative content ideas for an education-focused brand
- Handle basic photography and videography for classes, events, faculty and promotional activities
- Edit videos with appropriate graphics, captions, transitions, music and effects
- Manage and monitor Meta Ads campaigns
- Assist with lead-generation and admission-focused digital campaigns
- Implement basic SEO and content optimization strategies
- Monitor social media performance and digital marketing results
- Work closely with the management team to develop new content and marketing campaigns

Requirements
- Good skills in video editing and content creation
- Knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing




- Ability to independently shoot and edit quality video content
- Familiarity with tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva or similar software
- Creative approach to social media content
- Ability to work independently and deliver content within agreed timelines
- Previous experience in the education/coaching industry will be an advantage

Additional Advantage Candidates who have their own content-creation equipment will be given preference.

Having any of the following will be an added advantage:

- Professional / mirrorless camera
- Camera gears and accessories – lenses, tripod, gimbal, microphone, lighting equipment, etc.
- Personal laptop capable of handling video editing and digital marketing work

The equipment is not mandatory, but candidates who can independently handle shooting, editing and campaign execution using their own setup will have an added advantage.

This is an opportunity to work closely with a growing education brand and take ownership of its digital content and marketing activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
