About Seventh Frame Creative

Seventh Frame Creative is a creative studio producing high-performance content for international brands, creators, and agencies.

We work across real estate, Meta ads, UGC, social media, YouTube, podcasts, motion graphics, and AI-assisted creative workflows.

We're currently looking to build a freelance network of highly skilled video editors who can work with us on a project-by-project basis , particularly for premium real-estate content.

The Role

We're looking for a Creative Video Editor specializing in real-estate content , with a solid eye for speed ramps, masking, transitions, cinematic property edits, and music-driven storytelling .

The ideal editor can take raw drone, interior, exterior, and architectural footage and turn it into premium, dynamic social-media content .

This is a freelance, project-based opportunity . Projects will be assigned based on availability, skill set, and project requirements.

What You'll Work On

- Real-estate Instagram/Reels content
- Property showcase videos
- Drone highlight edits
- Luxury property walkthroughs
- Construction and transformation videos

Responsibilities
- Create high-quality real-estate reels and short-form videos .




- Use speed ramps and velocity editing to create dynamic movement.
- Create creative masking transitions and compositing effects .
- Use match cuts, overlays, transitions, punch-ins, and other techniques where appropriate.
- Select the strongest footage and build a compelling visual sequence.
- Sync cuts, speed ramps, and transitions naturally with music.
- Use appropriate sound design to enhance the edit.
- Apply professional color grading to make properties look premium, vibrant, and visually appealing.
- Work effectively with drone footage, interiors, exteriors, architecture, and detail shots.
- Maintain clean, organized project files and timelines.
- Implement feedback and revisions efficiently.
- Meet agreed project deadlines.

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro .
- Strong experience with real-estate video editing .
- Excellent speed-ramping / velocity editing skills.
- Strong masking and transition skills.
- Good knowledge of After Effects.
- Strong understanding of pacing, composition, music, and visual storytelling.
- Good color-grading skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and use the best footage rather than simply using everything provided .
- Reliable communication and accountability.
- Ability to work remotely and meet agreed deadlines.

Bonus Skills
- Advanced After Effects / motion graphics.




- Advanced masking and rotoscoping.
- Strong sound-design skills.
- Experience with luxury or high-end real estate.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Understanding of current Instagram/Reels editing trends.
- AI-assisted creative workflows and tools.

What We Look For We're looking for editors who have a strong creative eye , not just technical editing ability.

You should understand

Which shot to use → when to cut → when to speed ramp → where to mask → how to transition → how to build with music → how to make the property look incredible.

You don't need to use every shot. The strongest footage should always stand out.
