Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior C# Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience to enhance and support an internal AI-enabled RFP/DDQ platform built using .NET, Angular, Azure AI Search, Azure SQL, and Azure services .

The ideal candidate should be strong in both full-stack development and AI-powered document processing , with hands-on experience building scalable APIs, enterprise UIs, search solutions, document parsing pipelines, embeddings, and Azure-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications using .NET 9 Web API, C#, Angular 21, and Azure .
- Work with business and investment/credit teams to define requirements, execution plans, testing, troubleshooting, and releases.
- Design and maintain Azure AI Search solutions using vector and hybrid search.
- Build document processing pipelines for PDF, DOCX, and XLSX files, including parsing, extraction, chunking, metadata processing, and indexing.
- Work with embeddings and Azure OpenAI/LLM integrations for AI-powered search and document retrieval.
- Develop and optimize EF Core 9, Azure SQL, migrations, complex LINQ queries, and database schemas .
- Implement Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD authentication and role-based authorization using MSAL, App Roles, and Microsoft Graph.
- Build responsive enterprise UIs using Angular, PrimeNG, and AG Grid Enterprise .
- Implement background and asynchronous processing using Azure Functions, hosted services, and queued workloads .




- Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Application Insights .
- Manage SDLC activities through Azure DevOps, Git, and GitHub .
- Work independently as well as within an Agile development team with minimal supervision.
- Utilize modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and DevBox .

Required Skills

- Experience in C# / .NET full-stack development or technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET 9 Web API and C# .
- Solid Angular 21 experience, including standalone components and signals.
- Strong understanding of async/await and dependency injection .
- EF Core 9 and Azure SQL .
- Azure AI Search – vector/hybrid search and indexing.
- Experience with document parsing, extraction, chunking, embeddings, and document indexing .
- Experience with Azure Functions and Azure App Service .
- Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, MSAL, App Roles, and Microsoft Graph .
- PrimeNG and AG Grid Enterprise .
- Application Insights and application troubleshooting.
- Azure DevOps and Git/GitHub .
- Experience working with AI coding/development tools and DevBox .

Nice to Have

- Financial services or credit-domain experience.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI and LLM-based applications .
- Experience developing RFP, DDQ, proposal, or document-management platforms .
