Freelance AI Automation Engineer / Technical Partner

Compensation: Commission-Based (Flat 30% initially of the total invoice per project)

BOOSTXAI is an AI automation agency. Yes, we are a new startup, which means we focus on identifying real problems and building real solutions based on current market trends. We serve clients globally and are not limited to any specific business category or niche. Right now, we have a high volume of leads and closed sales. We only need help with parallel deliveries (getting multiple projects done at the same time). That is exactly why we need highly experienced, independent freelancers who can build things without needing constant hand-holding.

We do the marketing ads to acquire clients, you concentrate only to deliver projects.

We follow a modern approach 'bluntly disagree' if you don't like the idea, and offer a better approach to improvise, no sugar coating.

The Role & Our Offer

You will be the technical engine of our business. You will take the deals we close and build the solutions from start to finish on your own. Are you ready to take up challenges, beat our competitors by improving our solutions on a daily basis, and join the price war? If things work out well with you, our offer is to give you a permanent partnership in our startup as a Technical Partner on the core team.

What You Will Build

You will be responsible for creating our main products:

- Bulk WhatsApp Marketing Systems:



Setting up software so clients can upload CSV contacts, filter bad numbers, and send messages. You will also set up shared inboxes so clients can reply to customers.
- All-in-One Business Dashboards: Building simple dashboards where clients can track their leads, watch their team's work, and manage payments in one place.
- Custom Chatbots & Voice AI: Building smart AI voice and text bots for different types of businesses.
- Web & Mobile Apps: Building business apps very fast using AI coding tools (like Claude Pro).

Required Technical Skills

* n8n & Automations: You must be an expert at n8n and know how to host it yourself on a VPS.

- WhatsApp API: You must deeply understand how Meta and WhatsApp API work.
- Coding & Servers: You must be very good at Next.js, Python, and setting up web servers (nginx).
- Voice AI: You must know how to build and connect Voice AI agents.
- Using AI to Code: You must be very good at using AI tools to help you write code rapid.

* Prompt Engineering: You should know how to work with different AIs, which AIs to use for which purpose, to build working solutions effectively.

we have no time for trial and error and it matters for our clients how quickly you can build and deliver projects, our current delivery ETA is 3-5 days.

How You Get Paid

We do not offer a fixed salary. This is a pure partnership model. Initially, you will earn a flat 30% of the total invoice on every project you deliver.

- Example: If we sell a basic WhatsApp setup for ₹10,000, your share for doing the tech setup is ₹3,000.
- The more projects you deliver for us, the more you earn. There is no limit.

5. Speed vs. Perfection: We move fast. You can either build a perfect custom website in 3 weeks, or use AI and already available templates to build a "good enough" version in 3 days. Which one do you choose and why?
