We’re building ChatWithAds , an AI decision platform for paid media teams.

We’re looking for a hands-on product + engineering leader who can take complex business problems, turn them into product architecture, and ship quickly.

What you’ll own

- Product and technical architecture
- AI agents, workflows, MCPs and integrations
- Product roadmap, sprints and releases
- Engineering execution and code quality
- Translating founder/product direction into working software
- Building systems that learn from real user decisions and outcomes
- Leading and developing a small engineering/product team

Who we’re looking for

- Strong full-stack engineering foundation
- Deep practical experience building with LLMs and AI systems
- Comfortable experimenting, prototyping and shipping fast




- Strong product thinking — not just ticket execution
- Able to independently figure out unfamiliar technical problems
- Experience owning SaaS products from architecture through production
- High ownership with a builder mindset

You should be equally comfortable discussing the customer journey, designing the architecture, reviewing code and shipping the solution.

This is a high-ownership role with the prospect to help shape the core technology and product direction of ChatWithAds.
