About the role

We’re hiring a Product Manager who wants to build, not just manage. At Trupeer, product is at the core of everything we do. This is a zero-to-one, high-ownership role where you’ll work directly with founders to own the product lifecycle end to end - discover, build, test and distribute. If you’re someone who enjoys structured roadmaps, long planning cycles, and delegation, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Own product problems end-to-end - from identifying opportunities to shipping, scaling and taking solutions to end users.

- Operate with extreme speed: weekly shipping > perfect planning

- Use AI tools aggressively to prototype, validate, and move faster than traditional teams

- Work hands-on across design (Figma), analytics, and product workflows

- Scope current features and improvements by collecting insights across customers,



usage data and market landscape

- Run experiments, iterate fast, and drive measurable impact on core product metrics

- Collaborate deeply with engineering and founders: no silos, no handoffs

What we're looking for

- 3–5 years of experience building products, preferably in early-stage startups

- Strong bias for action and ownership: you don’t wait, you build

- Comfortable getting your hands dirty: design, analytics, execution

- Experience with tools: Figma, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Linear / Jira

- Experience with B2B products is a strong plus but not mandatory

- Ability to think from first principles and solve ambiguous problems

- High agency, high curiosity, and a strong sense of urgency
