- Design and build core platform capabilities.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs.
- Build AI-native workflows and enterprise integrations.
- Help define engineering architecture and best practices.
- Work across product, infrastructure, and customer-facing features.
- Influence technical decisions from the earliest stages. This is not a feature factory role—you'll help build the company. Ideal Background
- 5–10 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong product engineering mindset.
- Experience building distributed systems.
- Strong backend engineering skills.
- Full-stack experience is a plus.
