The Founder's Office Intern will play a critical role in supporting the daily activities of the founder and executive team.
Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Assist the founder with scheduling, meeting coordination, and communications.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather data to support strategic decision-making.
- Project Management: Manage and track progress on various strategic initiatives, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Document Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external meetings.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the founder and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on key projects.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Support the founder with any additional tasks as needed, ranging from administrative duties to strategic brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Should be from B.Tech background with strong organizational skills.
- Should possess the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Previous internship or work experience in a startup or quick-paced environment is a plus.
