About the Role

Learning Labs by La Excellence IAS Academy is building AI-enabled digital learning products for students and learners.

We are looking for a high-ownership, AI-first generalist to work closely with the Founder/CEO on key business initiatives.

This is an AI-first role . You will use AI extensively in your day-to-day work for research, analysis, problem-solving, content creation, automation, experimentation, and execution .

You will work across strategy, growth, product, and special projects, with AI at the center of how you research, solve problems, and execute.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Founder on high-priority initiatives and special projects.
- Use AI extensively for research, analysis, problem-solving, content creation, and execution.
- Support the Founder in identifying and evaluating opportunities to improve business processes, growth, and customer experience using AI.
- Conduct AI-assisted research and analysis to help the Founder evaluate opportunities, solve problems,



and make informed business decisions.
- Experiment with new AI tools and workflows to improve how work gets done.
- Take ownership of assigned problems and initiatives, working closely with the Founder to drive them from idea to execution.

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interest in AI and willingness to become an AI power user.
- Curious and quick to learn new AI tools and technologies.
- Comfortable experimenting with AI/LLMs and automation.
- Strong communication and execution skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Interest in AI, EdTech, startups, and technology.
