You will work directly with the founders on high-impact projects that contribute to the company's growth.

About the Role

As a Founder's Office Growth Intern, you will work across multiple functions including business development, market intelligence, strategic partnerships, AI-driven research, operations, and growth initiatives.

No two days will be the same.

You will help solve difficult problems, execute projects quickly, and build systems that can scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research on battery recycling, critical minerals, EV ecosystems, and global supply chains.
- Identify potential customers, suppliers, strategic partners, and business opportunities.
- Support growth initiatives across India and international markets.
- Work on business development, outreach, and partnership building.
- Assist in founder-level strategic projects and special initiatives.
- Use AI tools to improve research, productivity, and execution.
- Build reports, presentations, databases, and growth frameworks.
- Support social media, content creation, and brand-building initiatives (if interested).
- Coordinate with different teams including operations, sourcing, finance, and R&D.;




- Solve high-priority business problems and execute independently.
