We are building a user manual for parents , starting with personalized expert support for real parenting challenges.

About You

- You are a highly resourceful generalist who is fierce with execution and follow-through.
- You learn fast and operate with a “who, not how” mindset.
- You believe in overcommunicating — crisply and clearly.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and can research quickly.
- You treat AI like a team of interns you manage, not something you blindly depend on.
- You have independently run a project, initiative, event, community, startup, or something similar.
- You naturally keep track of multiple moving pieces and close loops.
- Experience: 0–1 years | Final-year students and fresh graduates welcome

What You Will Do
- Support growth and distribution experiments.
- Stay on top of priorities across different workstreams.
- Support hiring: sourcing,



screening, scheduling, and coordination.
- Conduct market, customer, competitor, and partnership research.
- Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, experts, and external partners.
- Maintain trackers and straightforward operating dashboards.
- Research and support grants, incubators, and relevant startup applications.
- Take ownership of specific projects and workstreams as you grow in the role.
