Role Description The Founder Office role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role supports the founders across strategic initiatives, operations, and special projects, acting as a central coordination point between leadership and various teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, tracking key metrics, conducting market and competitive research, and organizing meetings and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of decisions. The role also involves drafting communications, supporting fundraising or partnership activities, and helping design and improve internal processes. The person in this position is expected to manage multiple priorities,



maintain confidentiality, and provide proactive, solutions-oriented support to the leadership team.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize data, prepare concise summaries, and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting presentations, reports, internal communications, and external correspondence.
- Solid organizational and project management abilities, including task prioritization, time management, and follow-through on action items.
- Comfort with technology and productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management platforms); familiarity with AI or SaaS environments is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or prior experience in a founder’s office, consulting, or operations are a plus.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
