Role Description The Founder / CEO will provide strategic leadership, set the company vision, and drive the growth of BroandBro Global as a leading information services partner for small businesses. This full-time, on-site role in Haripad involves defining long-term goals, overseeing business development, and ensuring that services align with client needs and market trends.

The Founder / CEO will manage key stakeholder relationships, build and lead high-performing teams, and establish operational frameworks that support scalability and sustainability. Daily responsibilities include reviewing performance metrics, guiding product and service innovation, making critical financial and investment decisions,



and representing the organization in external partnerships and public engagements. The role also requires fostering a culture of collaboration, ethical conduct, and client-centric service.

Qualifications

- Strong strategic leadership capabilities, including vision setting, decision-making, and long-term planning for a growing organization.
- Experience in business development, partnerships, and stakeholder management within information services, consulting, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in interpreting market intelligence, operational data, and financial metrics to guide business strategy and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop diverse teams, with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and performance management.
- Background in entrepreneurship, small business consulting, or management roles that involve supporting small and medium enterprises.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company to clients, investors, and community partners.
- Knowledge of compliance, industry standards, and governance frameworks relevant to professional services and data-driven organizations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field; equivalent experience in founding or leading organizations is highly valued.
- Ability to work in office in Haripad, with a hands-on approach to operations and a commitment to the long-term growth of BroandBro Global.
