Role & Responsibilities

- Deploy, configure, and integrate client-specific software solutions end-to-end—covering on-prem, hybrid, and cloud infra (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Diagnose and resolve technical blockers across OS, databases, middleware, networking, and security layers in production environments.
- Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to scope technical requirements and customize deployments for client SLAs.
- Document deployment architectures, runbooks, and support handoffs for client teams and internal stakeholders.
- Own post-deployment health checks, performance tuning,



and client enablement to ensure adoption and value realization.
- Provide escalation support for critical incidents—acting as the client’s technical advocate with engineering teams.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- Linux/Unix administration
- TCP/IP networking
- CI/CD pipelines
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- Scripting (Python, Bash)
- Incident response and debugging
- Preferred
- Experience with enterprise SaaS deployments
- Knowledge of security hardening and compliance (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
