About the Role

Join our Current Product Development (NPD) team to contribute to innovative high-protein food creation. This role offers hands-on exposure to formulation, product trials, QA, QC, and food safety — working on real-world challenges to develop products that are nutritious, secure, consistent, and great-tasting.

Key Responsibilities

- Product formulation Assist in developing high-protein food products.
- Trial execution Conduct lab/kitchen-scale trials and maintain records.
- Ingredient research Evaluate protein sources, functional ingredients, sweeteners, and flavors.
- Nutritional analysis Perform calculations and support nutrition information preparation.
- Sensory evaluation Assess taste, texture, mouthfeel, and acceptability.
- Quality checks Assist with QC of raw materials and finished products.
- QA support Documentation, hygiene,



food safety, and compliance.
- Problem-solving Identify and troubleshoot formulation and processing issues.
- Market research Conduct competitor and category analysis.

What We’re Looking For
- Students, recent graduates, or professionals with 0–3 years of experience in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or related fields.
- Strong interest in NPD, high-protein nutrition, QA & QC.
- Basic understanding of food science, chemistry, microbiology, and safety.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and curiosity to experiment.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
