About the Role

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to join our technology team and contribute to building and maintaining scalable, reliable, and high-performance mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Flutter, Dart, Riverpod, Clean Architecture, REST APIs, and local data persistence, with the ability to own features end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, maintain, and enhance features across the mobile application.
- Follow and maintain Clean Architecture principles across presentation, domain, and data layers.
- Integrate with REST APIs and handle pagination, caching, error states, authentication, and offline behaviour.
- Develop reusable, modular, and well-structured widgets and components.
- Manage application state effectively using Riverpod.
- Own features end-to-end, including UI development, state management, API integration, testing, and edge cases.
- Identify and resolve performance issues such as unnecessary rebuilds, UI jank, memory usage, and application size.
- Implement appropriate error handling, retry mechanisms, and token-refresh flows.
- Work with local persistence solutions and support basic offline-first functionality.
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Architect and development team on technical and UI decisions.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding, architecture, and file-organization standards.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Experience with Riverpod for state management.
- Practical understanding of Clean Architecture, including:
- Repositories
- Use Cases




- Dependency Injection
- Separation of concerns
- Strong experience with REST API integration using Dio/http.
- Knowledge of:
- API interceptors
- Token refresh
- Retry logic
- Error mapping and handling
- Pagination
- Experience with local persistence such as Hive, Drift, or SharedPreferences.
- Understanding of basic offline-first application patterns.
- Good understanding of mobile application performance optimization.

Good to Have

- Experience with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and push notifications.
- Experience with deep linking.
- Experience with application release and deployment processes.
- Exposure to WebSockets or real-time data.
- Experience developing chat, social, marketplace, or similar consumer-facing applications.
- Understanding of Hindi/regional-language UX.
- Basic knowledge of Kotlin or Swift for platform-channel integration.
