? Hiring Alert | F&B; Captain | Varanasi

Hotel Four Element, Varanasi is looking for an experienced and guest-focused F&B; Captain to join our Food & Beverage team.

We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for smooth service operations, lead the service team on the floor, and ensure every guest receives warm, effective, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant and banquet service operations
- Brief and guide stewards before every shift
- Ensure proper table setup, service sequence, and timely service
- Welcome and interact with guests and attend to their requirements
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns professionally
- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and service standards
- Ensure proper billing and coordination with the Cashier




- Assist in maintaining inventory and minimizing wastage
- Train and support junior team members to maintain service standards
- Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs and F&B; policies

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience as an F&B; Captain in a hotel/restaurant preferred
- Good knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills
- Good leadership and team-management abilities
- Well-groomed, polite, calm, and professional personality
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences
