Flutter Developer

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with 4 to 7 years of professional mobile application development experience.

The candidate should have strong hands on experience in Flutter and Dart and must have worked on production level applications used by real customers. You should be comfortable developing recent features, integrating APIs, resolving production issues, optimizing application performance and managing releases across Android and iOS.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build clean, reusable and scalable Flutter components.
- Convert Figma designs into responsive and accurate mobile interfaces.
- Integrate REST APIs and backend services.
- Handle loading, error, empty and network failure states appropriately.
- Implement and maintain application state using BLoC, Riverpod, Provider or similar state management solutions.
- Integrate Firebase services including Crashlytics, Analytics, Cloud Messaging and Remote Config.
- Implement push notifications, deep links and application lifecycle handling.
- Integrate third party SDKs and services when required.
- Work with local storage, caching and secure storage.
- Identify and resolve crashes, ANRs, performance issues and production bugs.
- Optimize application performance, rendering, memory usage and unnecessary widget rebuilds.
- Use Flutter DevTools and production monitoring tools for debugging and performance analysis.
- Manage application builds, signing, versioning and release processes.
- Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Work closely with backend developers, UI and UX designers, QA and product teams.




- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards across the application.
- Understand existing code before making changes and ensure new development does not impact existing functionality.
- Take ownership of assigned features from development through production release.

Required Skills :
- 4 to 7 years of professional mobile application development experience.
- Strong hands on experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Experience working on production level Flutter applications.
- Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, navigation, application lifecycle and asynchronous programming.
- Strong knowledge of BLoC, Riverpod, Provider or similar state management architecture.
- Experience with REST API integration and JSON data handling.
- Experience with Firebase Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Analytics and other Firebase services.
- Good understanding of mobile application architecture and separation of UI, business logic and data layers.
- Experience with secure authentication, token handling and secure local storage.
- Experience integrating third party libraries and SDKs.
- Strong debugging and problem solving skills.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Good understanding of Android and iOS application build and release processes.
- Experience publishing applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Understanding of mobile application performance optimization and memory management.

Production Experience :



Candidates must have worked on at least one production level Flutter application and should be able to explain their individual contribution to the application.

Experience should include

- Developing and releasing features used by real customers.
- Handling production bugs and crash reports.
- Debugging API and application issues.
- Working with Crashlytics or similar monitoring tools.
- Optimizing application performance.
- Managing or participating in production releases.
- Working with existing production code without affecting current functionality.

Candidates should provide Play Store or App Store links for applications they have worked on wherever possible.

Good to Have

- Experience with payment gateway integration.
- Experience with maps and location services.
- Experience with real time data or WebSocket integration.
- Experience with deep linking and universal links.
- Experience with biometric authentication.
- Basic knowledge of native Android using Kotlin or native iOS using Swift.
- Experience with CI/CD and automated mobile application deployment.
- Experience working on B2C applications with a significant active user base.

What We Are Looking For : We are looking for a developer who has experience maintaining a real production application and not only developing standalone features or UI screens.

The candidate should be able to understand an existing codebase, independently identify the right area for implementation, develop reliable solutions, troubleshoot production issues and take responsibility for the quality of the features being released.

Strong ownership, problem solving ability and attention to application stability and user experience are important for this role.
