About the RoleWe are looking for a Flutter & Backend Developer who can build, maintain, and scale high-quality mobile applications and their backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Flutter/Dart, backend development, REST APIs, databases, and third-party integrations.

You will work closely with our product, design, and business teams to develop new features, improve application performance, fix issues, and build scalable technology solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesFlutter Development

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build clean, responsive, and user-friendly mobile interfaces.
- Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality Flutter applications.
- Implement state management using Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, GetX, or similar frameworks.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Handle authentication, push notifications, deep linking, payments, subscriptions, and other mobile functionalities.
- Optimize applications for performance, stability, and scalability.
- Debug and resolve crashes, UI issues, and production bugs.
- Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Backend Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs.
- Work with technologies such as Node.js / Express.js, PHP/Laravel, Python, or similar backend frameworks.
- Design and optimize databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization systems.




- Develop APIs for mobile applications, admin panels, dashboards, and third-party integrations.
- Integrate payment gateways, notification services, analytics, and other external APIs.
- Implement proper API validation, error handling, logging, and security.
- Monitor and optimize backend performance.

Development & Collaboration
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Follow coding standards, Git workflows, and development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Work with product managers and designers to understand requirements and deliver features.
- Troubleshoot issues across mobile, backend, database, and API layers.
- Maintain technical documentation wherever required.
- Take ownership of features from development through deployment and production support.

Required SkillsMust Have
- 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
- Solid proficiency in Flutter & Dart.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Strong backend development experience.
- Experience with at least one backend technology such as Node.js, Laravel/PHP, Python, or Java.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
- Understanding of API authentication such as JWT/OAuth.




- Experience integrating third-party APIs and SDKs.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of mobile application architecture and lifecycle.

Good to Have
- Firebase, FCM, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics.
- Payment gateway integrations such as Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.
- Subscription and auto-renewal systems.
- AWS / Google Cloud / Azure.
- Docker and CI/CD.
- WebSocket or real-time communication.
- Experience with admin panels and dashboards.
- Experience with app analytics and attribution platforms.
- Experience working with AI APIs or AI-powered applications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong portfolio of Flutter/mobile applications.
- Candidates with strong practical experience may be considered irrespective of degree.
