Role Description The Floral Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. In this role, the individual will design and create floral arrangements for weddings and related events, including stage decor, mandap setups, table centerpieces, and bridal bouquets. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and selecting flowers, preparing arrangements according to event themes and budgets, and collaborating with the decor and planning teams to align floral designs with overall wedding concepts.

Designer will interact with clients to understand their preferences, present design options, and adjust designs based on feedback.



The role also involves coordinating with vendors, maintaining floral inventories, ensuring timely setup and teardown at venues, and supporting the sales team with floral design inputs for proposals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Floral Design and creating diverse Flower Arrangements for weddings and events.
- High level of Creativity Skills for conceptualizing themes, color palettes, and unique floral concepts.
- Excellent Customer Service skills for client interaction, requirement gathering, and managing expectations.
- Basic Sales skills to support client consultations, upselling floral decor options, and contributing to proposals.
- Prior experience as a floral designer or in event/wedding decor is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends and flexible schedule based on event schedules.
- Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple events and tight timelines.
- Knowledge of flower care, seasonal availability, and vendor coordination is an advantage.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and setting up decor at venues.
- Diploma or certification in floral design, event management, or a related field is beneficial.
