Lead the planning execution and delivery of large-scale programs spanning multiple teams and departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans including schedules budgets resource allocations and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and ensure clarity of objectives and priorities.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project progress milestones and potential risks.
- Identify dependencies and critical paths within the program and proactively mitigate risks to minimize disruptions.
- Monitor program performance against established metrics and KPIs making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to program team members fostering a culture of accountability transparency and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align program goals with overall business strategy and priorities.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Windchill PLM Java web services and enterprise system integrations.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering PLM solutions in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills.
