Job DescriptionThe role will combine Fund Management, Fixed Income Dealing, Market Analysis and Portfolio Strategy, with a focus on delivering optimal risk-adjusted returns while maintaining liquidity and regulatory compliance.

NKey Responsibilities

- Manage and execute investments across Government Securities, Treasury Bills, Corporate Bonds, Commercial Papers, Certificates of Deposit and other Money Market instruments.

- Assist in managing Debt, Liquid, Money Market, Short Duration and SIF portfolios.
N
- Develop and implement portfolio strategies based on interest-rate outlook, yield curve movements, liquidity, credit spreads and market conditions.
N
- Monitor macroeconomic developments, RBI policy, market liquidity and regulatory changes impacting fixed-income portfolios.
N
- Execute transactions inboth primary and secondary debt markets, ensuring efficient pricing, sourcing and execution.
N
- Provide inputs on duration, yield curve positioning, credit exposure and portfolio construction.
N
- Continuously monitor market sentiment, trading volumes, price movements and liquidity conditions.
N
- Evaluate investment opportunities from a risk-return, credit quality, valuation and liquidity perspective.
N




- Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI and internal investment guidelines, limits and risk parameters.
N
- Prepare portfolio analytics, market updates and investment views for internal discussions and investment committees.
N
- Coordinate with brokers, issuers, counterparties, research, risk, compliance and operations teams.
N
- Support the Fund Manager in portfolio monitoring, investment decisions and implementation of debt-market strategies.

nCandidate Profile

- Strong understanding of the Fixed Income & Debt Markets.
N
- Hands-on experience in Money Market, Liquid Funds, Short Duration Funds or Debt Mutual Funds.
N
- Experience in dealing as well as portfolio management will be a strong advantage.
N
- Exposure to SIF debt investments / strategies will be preferred.
N
- Solid analytical, negotiation, market intelligence and decision-making capabilities.
