Key Responsibilities::

- Perform electrical panel assembly and fitting as per drawings and specifications.

- Mount electrical components such as MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays, timers, SMPS, terminal blocks, switches, meters, PLCs, VFDs, and control devices.

- Carry out panel wiring as per electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

- Perform cable cutting, dressing, ferruling, crimping, and termination.

- Install and arrange DIN rails, cable ducts, terminal blocks, busbars, and other panel accessories.

- Read and understand electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.

- Ensure proper component identification, numbering, labeling, and wiring.

- Perform point-to-point wiring and continuity checks.

- Conduct basic electrical testing of completed panels.

- Assist engineers during testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.

- Identify wiring or component-related issues and rectify them as required.

- Ensure proper routing and dressing of wires inside the panel.

- Maintain neat and professional panel workmanship.

- Use hand tools, crimping tools, drilling machines, multimeters, and other electrical tools safely.

- Follow production drawings, quality standards, and safety procedures.





- Maintain proper housekeeping at the panel assembly/work area.

- Coordinate with electrical engineers and other technicians for timely completion of panels.

Required Skills::

- Hands-on experience in electrical panel assembly and wiring.

- Good knowledge of electrical components and control-panel accessories.

- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.

- Knowledge of cable termination, ferruling, crimping, and wire dressing.

- Basic knowledge of control panels and automation panels.

- Ability to use a multimeter and basic electrical testing instruments.

- Good understanding of electrical safety practices.

- Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic wiring faults.

- Valuable attention to detail and workmanship.

- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
