About the role We are looking for a First Line Team Lead who thrives on driving operational excellence and leading people in a dynamic environment. You will coordinate daily service operations, maintain high service standards, and ensure seamless delivery aligned with business priorities and SLAs. You combine exceptional leadership and communication skills with an organized, proactive mindset, taking ownership of team performance while fostering an engaged, collaborative culture.
Here’s what you’ll focus on:
- Lead, coach, and support the daily activities of the First Line support team.
- Translate operational strategy into clear priorities, managing shift schedules and seamless handovers.
- Coordinate daily workloads and prioritize cases to strictly maintain SLAs and service quality.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align processes and share customer insights.
- Build, document, and maintain knowledge-base content and standardized work instructions.
- Onboard, train, and mentor new and existing team members to foster continuous growth.
- Regularly review team performance, identifying and driving process improvements.

As a First Line Team Lead, you build strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring operational feedback is seamlessly converted into practical process improvements. Additional Required Competencies
- 6-12 years of experience in a leadership role within customer support or service operations
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, develop, and motivate team members
- Strong planning, coordination, and prioritization skills to manage workloads and maintain SLAs
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Hands-on experience creating, updating, and structuring operational workflows and knowledge bases
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
Beneficial Competence
- Good understanding of ITIL principles and processes
- Experience managing or coordinating a 24/7 service desk or support operation
- Familiarity with ticketing tools or automotive/connected vehicle services
- Experienced in navigating and collaborating within international environments
- Proven ability to thrive in flat organizational structures with minimal hierarchy
- Background in working for global companies with diverse teams and cultures
