Position: Firmware verification Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Bengaluru

Contract tenure: 1 year

Top Mandatory Skills:

Firmware Verification on Simulation/Emulation platforms, C++, Linux/Unix, System Verilog, Good Communication, Test Case creation (Manual/Automation)

Nice to have Secondary Skills:

C Programming debugging knowledge, Waveform analysis, Jira, Bootcode verification, RTL understanding, Python/TCL

:

•5+ years of experience in Firmware/Bootrom Validation in Simulation/Emulation environments

•Debugging experience is a must particularly in HW/SW co-debug environments





•Ability to trace code across multiple domains and root cause using waveforms and other tracing tools

•Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environment and shell scripting

•Understanding of Verilog, VHDL design

•Understanding of System Verilog, DPI, UVM verification environments is a plus

•Programming skills - Python, Tcl, Ruby

•Experience in C/C++ programming Should be able to debug firmware

•Knowledge of computer hardware architecture (Graphic card, CPU/APU, memory, bus logic, and display technologies)

•Test Automation Positive knowledge in

•Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira

•Excellent oral and written communication skills
