About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Fine Art Executive to join our team at an art space in Defence Colony, New Delhi.

The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in art, artists, exhibitions and the creative industry, along with strong communication and coordination skills.

This role involves working closely with artists, collectors, clients, visitors and the internal team, while supporting exhibitions, artwork sales, artist relationships and the day-to-day functioning of the art space.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with artists regarding artworks, exhibitions, requirements and schedules.
- Communicate with collectors, clients, visitors and potential buyers.
- Assist with artwork sales and client follow-ups.
- Maintain artwork details, artist profiles, price lists and related records.
- Support the planning and execution of exhibitions and art events.
- Coordinate artwork movement, installation and display when required.
- Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and social media.
- Build and maintain relationships with artists, collectors, designers, interior professionals and other art-related contacts.
- Assist in creating and sharing information about artworks, artists and upcoming exhibitions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain client communication.
- Support the overall day-to-day operations of the art space.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Art Management, Visual Arts, Design, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in an art gallery, art space, auction house, museum, exhibition company, design studio or related creative industry is preferred.
- Freshers with strong knowledge of contemporary/fine art and excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with artists, clients and visitors.




- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of artworks, artists and the Indian art scene.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Instagram and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different people.
- Presentable, professional and proactive.

Compensation

₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
