Title: Finance Reporting & MIS Professional

We’re looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, statutory audits, and FP&A.;

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
- Preparing MIS, financial dashboards, and executive reports
- Analysing P&L; performance across products, channels, and brands
- Managing budget vs. actual variance analysis and key financial KPIs
- Supporting statutory audits and ensuring compliance with Ind AS and Indian GAAP
- Handling consolidation, intercompany eliminations, controls, and audit-ready documentation
- Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Product teams on financial decisions
- Driving reporting process improvements and finance automation initiatives

What we’re looking for:





- CA qualification is mandatory
- Strong experience in financial reporting, audits, and FP&A;
- Exposure to e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, or high-growth startups is preferred
- Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
- Familiarity with AI tools, RPA, or finance automation is an advantage
