Key Responsibilities

Finance Leadership

- Provide strategic oversight of all finance functions, including accounting, treasury, financial reporting, audit, payroll, and receivables management.
- Ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including Revenue Authorities, Social Securities Services, Securities and Exchange obligations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving continuous professional development.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, delivering financial insights, scenario planning, and data-driven recommendations that support sustainable business growth.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Management, HR, Marketing) and external parties (auditors, legal counsel, Sub-distributors) to ensure timely audits, accurate financial operations, and effective risk management.

MIS and Distribution

- Oversee the finance and distribution functions, ensuring daily operations, reporting, and team performance are executed efficiently and in line with company standards.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the timely preparation of financial statements, insightful analyses, and regular MIS and management reports.
- Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and governance, conducting periodic reviews to align with evolving business needs.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including detailed variance analyses to inform strategic decision-making.




- Manage credit control and collections while maintaining strong client relationships to safeguard the Company’s cash flow position.

Process Improvement and Digital Transformation

- Champion the design and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows, reinforce governance, and ensure scalable practices across finance, administration, and procurement.
- Introduce AI-enabled solutions and digital tools to strengthen internal controls, enhance operational efficiency, and modernize financial reporting.
- Drive automation and digital record-keeping initiatives to improve accuracy, transparency, and compliance tracking.

Corporate Administration

- Oversee corporate administration and compliance, ensuring the timely renewal and safekeeping of all government registrations, business permits, tax clearances, licenses, and statutory documents required for business operations, bidding, and warehouse compliance.
- Manage the Company’s fixed assets and vehicle fleet, including coordination with third-party providers on registration, maintenance, and overall asset optimization.
- Ensure the proper preparation, compilation, and execution of corporate legal documents, including board resolutions, secretary’s certificates, and other governance-related instruments.

Procurement





- Oversee all procurement activities—including fixed assets, IT equipment, office supplies, and promotional materials—ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing aligned with business needs.
- Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management to secure favorable pricing, service levels, and long-term supplier partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil procurement requirements with full transparency, compliance, and alignment to budgetary guidelines.
- Strengthen procurement governance through standardised policies, digital tools, and automation to improve efficiency, accountability, and reporting.
- Continuously review and refine procurement processes to drive cost savings, operational excellence, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications and Skills

- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Qualified certification preferred (CA or CPA with substantial post-qualification experience).
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in a comparable financial leadership role.
- Strong technical command of auditing standards, financial accounting, and internal controls frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Office; hands-on exposure to ERP and accounting platforms (e.g., SAP, Tally, Odoo, QuickBooks) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to lead and develop high- performing teams.
- High personal integrity, sound business judgement, and meticulous attention to detail.
