HMH Group is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead financial reporting, controls, manufacturing finance, budgeting, compliance, and performance management across the Group's businesses. The role will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen financial governance, improve business performance, and support the Group's growth initiatives across multiple entities and geographies.

✅ Inventory & Working Capital Governance

✅ Audit, Compliance & Statutory Reporting

✅ ERP Finance Governance (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred)

✅ Finance Process Improvement & Automation





✅ Leadership of Group Finance Teams

Ideal Candidate

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 10+ years of finance and accounting experience
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environments
- Strong expertise in costing, inventory accounting, financial controls, and management reporting
- Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Distribution, or Multi-Entity Businesses preferred
- Robust leadership, business partnering, and analytical capabilities
