WE’RE HIRING | FINANCIAL ANALYST – US GAAP & FP&A;

Experience: 3–6 Years | Full-Time
We’re looking for a Financial Analyst with strong hands-on experience in US GAAP and end-to-end budgeting & forecasting.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in:
- US GAAP – financial reporting & accounting principles
- End-to-end budgeting – planning, preparation, consolidation, tracking & variance analysis
- FP&A; and financial forecasting
- Budget vs. actual analysis and cost/expense management
- Profitability and financial performance analysis
- Management reporting, MIS & KPI dashboards
- Month-end closing and financial reconciliations
- Identifying cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce or related field
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A; / Financial Analysis / Corporate Finance
- Solid practical knowledge of US GAAP
- Proven experience managing the complete budgeting & forecasting cycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and financial reporting accuracy
