We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, analysis, and business decision-making.

Role Overview The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing management reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and providing actionable financial insights to business and finance leadership.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, good understanding of financial statements, and the ability to work with large datasets and multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, margins, and operating expenses.
- Prepare MIS and management dashboards for business and finance leadership.
- Track actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts and highlight key variances.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises.
- Conduct financial and business performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare management presentations and financial reports for senior leadership.
- Work closely with business, operations, accounts, and commercial teams to gather and validate financial information.
- Assist in preparation of business cases, investment analysis, and financial feasibility studies.




- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and provide meaningful insights.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data and reports.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhanced financial reporting.
- Undertake ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Finance, CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, MIS, or management reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and financial modelling.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines.
