We are looking for an experienced Finance Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to support financial operations, accounting, reporting, and U.S. taxation activities. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. Taxation, US Payroll, QuickBooks, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Experience working with U.S.-based clients or organizations will be an added advantage.

Location - Perungudi, Chennai

Shift timings - 10:30AM IST to 7:30AM IST

Work mode - 5 days working from office

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day financial and accounting activities.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports.
- Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable accounting standards.
- Support U.S. federal and state tax compliance and reporting.
- Manage accounting transactions and reporting using QuickBooks.
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.




- Support audits and coordinate with external CPAs and tax professionals.
- Prepare financial schedules, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Identify discrepancies and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and business teams.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong U.S. accounting and finance experience and can effectively manage financial reporting, taxation, reconciliations, and analysis while supporting accurate and efficient financial operations.

Required Qualifications

- 2 to 4 years of experience in Finance
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
