- We're looking for a Finance Analyst Last Mile to manage finance reconciliation, fleet payout processing, vendor coordination, payout analysis, and MIS reporting.

- The role will work closely with last-mile vendors and operations teams to ensure accurate payouts, timely reconciliations, and effective financial reporting.

- This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured setting where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and were not for everyone.

- This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote)



at our Gurgaon HQ.

Roles & responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day finance reconciliation activities.

- Maintain payout workings for the last-mile fleet.

- Consolidate last-mile payout workings on a weekly and monthly basis.

- Perform last-mile payout analysis and identify discrepancies.

- Coordinate with last-mile vendors for payout and reconciliation-related matters.
- Prepare and present MIS reports to management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounts, Reconciliation, or Payout Operations.

- High proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other compliance reporting requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
