Key Deliverables

- Formulating, processing, and handling Bank Guarantees (BGs), Performance Guarantees, and Earnest Money Deposits (EMDs).

- Analysis of tender documents to evaluate financial clauses, payment structures, retention money, and security deposit requirements.

- Submitting detailed MIS reports, cash-flow statements, and stock statements for leadership reviews.

- Acting as the primary liaison between banks, auditors, clients, vendors, and internal business departments.

- Maintaining records and ensuring timely renewal/release of BGs, EMDs, securities, and other financial instruments.

Incumbent Profile

- Finance professional with 6+ years of experience in finance, tendering, contracting, or project-based service businesses from coal /thermal/ power/mining/cement/refractories and government sectors.

- Robust knowledge of Bank Guarantees, tender documents, working capital, fund management, MIS, and stock statements.

- Good Excel skills and ability to prepare financial reports independently.

- Strong coordination and communication skills with banks, tenders & Projects
