Role Overview:

TPM Williams Project Management is seeking an energetic, young, proactive, and commercially minded Finance Manager to support and coordinate the finance function across KSA, UAE, and India. Excellent verbal and written communication is a core requirement, as the role involves regular interaction with management, clients, banks, auditors, consultants, and internal teams. The successful candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, willing to travel to KSA at least once every quarter, and committed to continuously learning and staying current with financial, tax, and regulatory developments in KSA.

Duties of the Job

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, cash-flow reports, MIS and other reports required by Management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, variance analysis, and business-performance reviews.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, banking transactions, and payment requirements.
- Ensure timely invoicing, collection follow-up, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reconciliations.
- Coordinate clearly and professionally with clients, banks, auditors, tax consultants, government authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Review project financial performance, profitability, costs, and resource utilisation, and highlight issues to Management.
- Maintain appropriate financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and reporting systems.
- Support audits, statutory filings, tax matters, and regulatory compliance across the Company's operating jurisdictions.
- Maintain working knowledge of applicable KSA financial and tax requirements, including VAT, Zakat, withholding tax, e-invoicing, and ZATCA requirements, with support from external advisers where required.
- Monitor changes in KSA financial, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements; assess their impact and coordinate timely implementation.
- Travel to KSA at least once every quarter, and additionally when business requirements demand, to support finance operations and stakeholder coordination.
- Support treasury, payroll coordination, employee-related financial obligations,



and statutory contributions where applicable.
- Assist Management with financial analysis, commercial reviews, risk identification, and decision support.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and increase efficiency through appropriate automation and systems.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential financial records.

Reporting Line : Managing Director / Board of Directors Skills The candidate should possess strong experience in the following areas:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in presenting financial information and communicating with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Cash-flow management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury, and banking operations.
- Project accounting, commercial finance, and multi-currency accounting.
- Audit coordination, statutory compliance, internal controls, and financial risk management.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and practical experience with ERP or accounting systems.

Technical Competencies

- Sound knowledge of IFRS and applicable accounting standards.
- Practical understanding of GCC taxation, with particular emphasis on KSA VAT, Zakat, withholding tax, e-invoicing, and ZATCA compliance.
- Ability and willingness to independently track, learn, and remain updated on changes to KSA financial and tax laws.
- Strong analytical, numerical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Competencies





- Robust knowledge of IFRS and applicable accounting standards.
- Familiarity with GCC tax regulations, including VAT requirements.
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting.
- Experience with ERP and accounting software systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel to KSA at least once every quarter.

Education Requirements (Including Certification requirements)

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- CMA, ACCA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or another relevant qualification will be advantageous but is not mandatory.

Experience in Years :

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, audit coordination, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of KSA finance, accounting, and tax requirements is strongly preferred; candidates must demonstrate the willingness and ability to develop and continuously update this knowledge.
- GCC experience, particularly exposure to KSA or UAE finance operations, will be advantageous.
- Experience in consultancy, engineering, project management, construction, or professional services will be advantageous.
- Experience coordinating with clients, auditors, banks, tax consultants, and senior stakeholders is preferred.
