Key Responsibilities

- Finance Controls: Ensure effective financial controls, processes, and compliance across finance operations.

- MIS &
- Management Reporting:

Prepare accurate MIS, financial reports, and dashboards for management review.

- Accounts Receivable &

- Collections:

Monitor receivables, follow up on outstanding payments, and support timely collections.

- Accounting &

- Book Closure:

Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure timely monthly book closure.

- Audit &

- Compliance:

Coordinate internal and statutory audits and ensure adherence to audit procedures.

- GST &

- Statutory Compliance:

Ensure timely GST filings and other applicable statutory compliances.

- Cash Flow &

- Bank Reconciliation:

Monitor cash flows, manage bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.

- Process Improvement:



Identify gaps and implement improvements across finance processes and operations.

Requirements

- MBA in Finance with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

- Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, MIS, and financial reporting.

- Hands-on experience with GST, reconciliations, audits, and book closure.

- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

- Ability to manage multiple finance activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
