Job Summary

Responsible for managing cash flow planning, budgeting support and end-to-end accounts payable and payroll processes to ensure smooth financial operations. The role involves monitoring cash flow, processing vendor payments, maintaining vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payroll while complying with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and TDS. The position also supports financial reporting, reconciliations and audit documentation, while collaborating with internal teams to manage payments and improve processes in financial management and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities

Solid expertise in cash flow management, including preparation, analysis, and monitoring of Cash Flow Statements (CFS) to ensure effective liquidity planning.

Sound knowledge of budgeting and financial planning, with the ability to support budget preparation, tracking and variance analysis.

Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments for budget alignment, spend control, and financial planning initiatives.

Experience in seasonal treasury management, with the ability to plan and manage fund flows effectively while ensuring the organization maintains an adequate reserve position at all times.

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification,



approvals and vendor payment processing.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for employees in coordination with the HR team.

Process employee reimbursements, expense claims, and payroll adjustments where applicable.

Ensure compliance with statutory payroll requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, and other regulatory deductions. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies, invoice issues and payroll queries.

Support monthly closing activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Maintain proper documentation & records for audit, compliance, and financial controls.

Work towards process improvements and automation in accounts payable and payroll management

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.

5–8 years of experience in Treasury, Accounts Payable, Payroll or Finance operations

Strong analytical capabilities, including spend analysis, cost optimization, and deriving actionable insights to support financial decision-making.

Strong knowledge of payroll processing, vendor payments and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in accounting software, payroll systems, and MS Excel.

Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
