We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with 5+ years of experience to own and manage the company's finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, statutory compliance, reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to leadership. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage a small team if required, and take ownership of the finance function in a fast-growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payment cycles.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for the organization.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory bodies for audits, filings, and financial documentation.
- Oversee payroll-related financial processing, expense management, and vendor payments.
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
- Develop and enforce internal financial controls, policies, and process improvements.




- Support fundraising, investor reporting, or due diligence processes as needed.
- Mentor and guide junior finance team members, where applicable.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and lead process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a startup, SaaS, or technology company is a plus.
