We’re Hiring: Finance Manager

Ovo Farm is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our finance leadership team and report to the Finance Lead / CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and review finance operations across AR, AP and accounting
- Support monthly closing, reconciliations, MIS and financial controls
- Review customer/vendor ledgers and resolve outstanding issues
- Improve finance processes, controls and ERP workflows
- Guide and review the work of the finance team
- Support audits, compliance, cash flow and management reporting

Requirements:

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with robust relevant experience
- 5–8 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting, reconciliation and month-end closing
- Good Excel and ERP skills; Zoho / SAP / Tally experience preferred
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or distribution preferred
- Strong ownership, analytical ability and leadership skills
