- Zippee is seeking talented Business Finance Executives operations, reporting, revenue and cost analysis, budgeting, and profitability tracking.

- The role will work closely with Business and Operations teams to drive financial efficiency, support decision-making, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation.

- This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and were not for everyone.

- This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day Business Finance operations.

- Maintain Business Finance reports, including P&L;, cost centre tracking, and profitability analysis.





- Support the implementation of financial strategies in collaboration with the Business and Operations teams.

- Conduct revenue analysis and identify key revenue drivers.

- Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.

- Provide regular updates on revenue operations and cost centres.

- Maintain day-to-day engagement and coordination with the Operations team.

- Support strategy development, budgeting, and financial planning for future revenue growth and cost management.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Management with a specialisation in Finance.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, FP&A;, Financial Analysis, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of Business Finance reporting and P&L; management.

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other compliance reporting requirements.

- High proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive cost optimisation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to work with financial data.
