Role Description The Finance Executive will manage day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. This full-time, on-site role in Solapur includes responsibilities such as monitoring cash flow, overseeing vendor payments, and ensuring timely invoicing and collections. The person in this role will handle statutory compliance, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) documentation and filing, and support internal and external audits.

The Finance

Executive will prepare periodic financial reports for management, analyze event-wise profitability,



and provide data-driven insights to support pricing and cost control decisions. Collaboration with operations and events teams is expected to ensure smooth financial processes and adherence to internal controls.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills to support budgeting, cost analysis, and decision-making.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting in line with applicable standards.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST), including compliance, filing, and record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with accounting software, MS Excel, and basic ERP or financial systems.
- Candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work with confidential financial information.
- Candidates should possess solid communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with management, vendors, and internal teams.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/ICWA or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality, events, or related service industries is beneficial.
