Credflow is a fast-growing FinTech company focused on providing technology-driven financial solutions to businesses. We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive / Sr. Executive to manage financial operations, statutory compliances, reporting, and accounting activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesStatutory Compliance

- Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliation, and timely payments.
- Handle TDS deduction, payments, reconciliation, and return filing.
- Assist with Income Tax computations, compliance, and assessments.
- Manage PF & ESIC contributions, reconciliation, and filings.
- Handle Professional Tax and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Track statutory deadlines and ensure timely compliance.

Accounting & Financial Operations
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger entries.
- Record and verify financial transactions and supporting documents.
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Monitor bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist in monitoring cash flows and working capital requirements.

Reporting & Audit
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS, and other management reports as required.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- Provide required documents and information for audits, assessments,



and regulatory requirements.

Budgeting & Analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or variances.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Regulatory Updates
- Stay updated with changes in taxation laws, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
- Ensure finance processes remain compliant with applicable regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Zoho.
- Strong knowledge of:
- GST
- TDS
- Income Tax
- PF & ESIC
- Professional Tax
- Other applicable statutory compliances
- Hands-on experience with Tally or other accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a FinTech, NBFC, Banking, or Startup environment.
- Experience handling multiple statutory compliances and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership and ability to manage end-to-end finance activities.
