Minimum Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

To manage treasury operations, including cash flow planning, payment control, forex exposure management, banking operations, and regulatory compliance, ensuring optimal fund utilization, financial discipline, and risk mitigation.

Banking & Treasury Operations

- Manage bank accounts, signatories, and transaction controls.

- Ensure smooth coordination with banks for fund transfers and issue resolution.

- Monitor bank charges and ensure corrections where required.

- Manage BG lifecycle: issuance, amendment, tracking, and closure.

- Ensure timely and accurate Bank reconciliation closure, Identify and resolve long-pending items in BRS.

- Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, TDS, and EDPMS requirements.

- Support audit requirements and ICFR controls.

- Maintain documentation for regulatory and audit purposes.

- Coordinate with Corporate Treasury, SSC, Project teams, and banks.
