Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

- Pass and maintain general accounting entries in the accounting system/ERP.

- Maintain and update books of accounts and financial records.

- Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, bills, debit notes, credit notes and other financial documents.

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.

- Perform bank, customer and vendor ledger reconciliation.

- Handle vendor/customer account reconciliation and follow-ups.

- Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.

- Handle accounting entries and documentation related to Import & Export transactions.

- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting and finance-related requirements.

- Ensure proper documentation, filing and maintenance of financial records.

- Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.

- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.





- Verify financial documents and ensure accuracy of accounting records.

- Coordinate with vendors, customers and other stakeholders regarding account-related queries.

- Perform other finance and accounting activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Accounting and Finance processes.

- Robust understanding of general accounting entries.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS and basic statutory compliance.

- Exposure to Import & Export accounting/documentation will be an added advantage.

- Good knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

- Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
