Job Title: Coordinator – Finance Applications & Inventory

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Coordinator – Finance Applications & Inventory who understands accounting processes, inventory management and finance-related software applications.

The candidate will work with Finance, Accounts, Inventory and Operations teams to ensure that transactions are correctly entered, processed and maintained in the system.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on finance and accounting applications.

- Handle backend activities related to inventory and stock.

- Maintain purchase, sales and inventory transactions.

- Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Stores and Sales teams.

- Support invoice, purchase order, sales order and inventory processes.

- Maintain item, customer and vendor masters.

- Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory verification.

- Understand basic accounting entries such as purchases, sales, receipts and payments.

- Identify system or data errors and coordinate for correction.

- Prepare and verify finance and inventory reports.

- Support users in day-to-day application-related issues.

- Help improve and standardise finance and inventory processes.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

- BCA / MCA or equivalent qualification

- Basic accounting knowledge

- Experience with finance/accounting applications

- Understanding of inventory and stock management

- Good knowledge of Excel

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to understand business processes and software workflows

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:
