? We’re Hiring | Finance Controller at Rabitat

Rabitat is looking for a Finance Controller who can build a robust, scalable, and technology-driven finance function while partnering closely with the business.

? Location: Okhla Phase 2

What you’ll own

? Financial Control & Reporting

• Own monthly financial close within T+10 to T+15

- MIS, financial statements, variance analysis & management reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow & working capital management
- Strengthen financial controls, SOPs & governance

? Marketplace & D2C Finance

• End-to-end reconciliation of settlements across Amazon, FirstCry, Quick Commerce & other marketplaces

- Receivables, deductions, claims & payment reconciliations
- Improve profitability, margin visibility & commercial finance processes

? ERP & Finance Automation

• Lead ERP implementation/migration across platforms such as ERPNext, SAP B1, Odoo, NetSuite, Unicommerce or similar

- Drive automation across AP and finance workflows
- Reduce manual Excel dependency through technology & process improvement

? Compliance, Audit & Treasury

- Own GST, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC & statutory compliance
- Coordinate statutory, internal & tax audits
- Manage banking relationships, treasury, cash flow & working capital




- Support investor reporting, board MIS, CMA data & due diligence

? Team Leadership

- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Drive accountability, disciplined reporting & timely execution

• Build a finance function focused on process excellence and solid financial governance

? We’re looking for someone who has:

✔️ Strong experience across Finance Controllership, FP&A; & Business Finance

✔️ Hands-on experience with D2C / e-commerce / marketplace finance

✔️ Exposure to ERP implementation and finance automation

✔️ Strong understanding of GST, audits, compliance & treasury

✔️ Experience leading and scaling finance teams

✔️ A strong commercial mindset with the ability to partner with business leadership
