Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the RoleBacca Bucci is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally or Zoho Books, along with a valuable working knowledge of Excel, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting.

Experience in e-commerce marketplace accounting or the fashion industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Perform regular bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare, verify, and manage B2B invoices and related documentation.
- Assist in GST and TDS compliance, including preparation of relevant data and supporting documents.
- Maintain and organize financial records, invoices, and accounting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders for accounting-related matters.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting entries, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Support the finance team in month-end closing and other accounting activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.

- Required Skills & Qualifications





- B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
- Hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime or Zoho Books.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, reconciliations, and invoicing.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities within deadlines.

- Preferred ExperienceThe following experience will be considered an added advantage:

- Experience with e-commerce marketplace accounting, including platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
- Prior experience in D2C businesses.
- Experience in fashion, footwear, apparel, or retail accounting.
- Experience handling high-volume transactions and marketplace settlements/reconciliations.
