About This Opportunity

Job Title: Associate II- Licensing

We are seeking detail-oriented and highly organized candidates to support licensing operations, compliance tracking, and regulatory documentation management across the business. The role requires strong analytical skills, operational discipline, accounting awareness, and the ability to manage time-sensitive activities with high accuracy and rigor.

The ideal candidate will ensure timely processing, renewal, reconciliation, tracking, and reporting of licenses, permits, registrations, and related compliance requirements while partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities





Licensing & Compliance Operations

· Manage end-to-end processing of business licenses, permits, registrations, and renewals.

· Track license expiration dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties or operational disruptions.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date licensing records, documentation, and databases.

· Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Financial & Accounting Support

· Process licensing-related invoices, payments, fee tracking, and reconciliation activities.

· Maintain accurate financial records associated with licensing expenses and renewals.

· Support accrual tracking, payment validations, and budget-related reporting where applicable.

· Coordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to ensure timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.

Data Accuracy & Reporting

· Ensure high levels of data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across licensing systems and trackers.

· Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and business stakeholders.

· Perform audits and validations to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or compliance risks.

· Support internal and external audit requests with required documentation and evidence.

Stakeholder Coordination

· Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and external agencies/vendors for documentation and approvals.

· Respond to business queries related to licensing status, renewals, and compliance requirements.

· Escalate risks, delays, or compliance concerns proactively.

Process Excellence

· Follow established SOPs, controls, and governance processes with strong attention to detail.

· Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, standardization, and automation.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Licensing function.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

· 2+ years of experience

· Experience in licensing operations, compliance support, finance operations, AP, audit support,



or shared services preferred.

· Exposure to ERP systems, workflow tools, or compliance platforms is an advantage.
