Role Description The Finance and Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions and compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities include maintaining books of accounts, preparing and reviewing financial statements, handling invoicing and payments, and reconciling bank and ledger balances. The role involves managing GST-related documentation, returns, and compliance, as well as supporting audit processes and internal controls. The Executive will also support account management activities,



coordinate with the sales team on billing and collections, and prepare periodic financial and MIS reports for management review.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Nagpur.

Qualifications

- Strong finance and accounting skills, including experience with Financial Statements and core Finance principles.
- Practical knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST), including returns, compliance, and documentation.
- Experience in Account Management, covering receivables, payables, reconciliations, and client or vendor coordination.
- Exposure to Sales-related processes such as invoicing, revenue recognition, and supporting the sales team with financial data.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and maintain professional relationships.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA inter, CMA, or similar) are an advantage.
